ABOUT GREENS DANCE CENTRE.
The studio is purpose built with a fully sprung maple dance floor, changing facilities and waiting areas. It has a friendly relaxed atmosphere, fully licensed bar, coffee bar and floodlit car park.
STEVEN & DENISE
Are proprietors of Greens Dance Centre, both started dancing as young children competing in juvenile and junior competitions and championships. Having won the British Junior Ballroom Championship & British Junior Latin American Championship Denise started teaching dancing in America and Canada. Steven had a very successful Amateur career in both Ballroom & Latin American studying dance with the best dance coaches in the world. Dance Champions in their own right Steven & Denise represented the UK at the prestigious British Championships in Blackpool and competed all over Europe and America. They now hold the highest qualifications of Fellowships and Examiner in the United Kingdom Alliance in all dance styles.
They are winners of the 2000 'Carl Alan Award' (the dancing 'Oscars') for services to Rock 'n Roll and
Freestyle Dancing, and Honorary Life Member of the UKA, for service to the United Kingdom Alliance.
Steve & Denise opened Greens in 1984 and believe that their continued success is their ability to give the customer
what they want and at the same time make it fun and enjoyable.
WHAT WE DO?
We Teach classes in all styles of dance, for Adults and Children, in group classes or Private Tuition.
We also have regular Social Evenings and themed events.
At Greens Dance Centre we provide a wide range of class options & types. Our Beginners classes are great fun.
We teach you the necessary basics to get you dancing and then move on to adding rhythm and style in our
Improvers & Intermediate classes. Partners are not essential and the atmosphere is casual.
